EMMA - PERSONAL TRAINER
Personal training with Sweat Threat means you will have to work hard, I will push, motivate and encourage you but will also taylor training sessions to suit your needs and goals. You can train at your home, in your garden or at a local park or outdoor venue.
I have trained men and women, teenagers through to people in their 60’s. The options are endless. I never share training plans – its all about YOU! You can do it and I will show you just how far you can go.

Sweat Threat Boot Camp is not just another Boot Camp. I love structure and organisiation. Planning and creating brand new training sessions each and every time. No two BC training sessions are ever the same.
So come and join me as we all get happier, healthier and fitter together. High intensity, speed work, bodyweight exercises, training with equipment such as med balls, resistance bands, kettle bells. Using hills and the surrounding area to incorporate into each training sessions to keep it fresh, exciting and new.
